We’re on the lookout for a Quality Control Trainee to play a pivotal role in supporting our team in quality improvement and making a difference in an active and engaging environment! Ensuring the quality of our components, parts, products and processes. If you have a background in machining, mechanical engineering, or assembly, and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!

Your role as Quality Control Trainee

• Conduct detailed reception inspections to ensure incoming goods meet quality standards.
• Interpreting technical machine drawings and verifying product specifications.
• Using precision measurement tools such as micrometres to inspect components.
• Assisting with documentation and quality assurance processes.
• Supporting inventory management tasks like receiving goods, unpacking, recording, and shelving.

Your path to professional growth

• A background in machining, mechanical engineering, or assembly (e.g., machinist, mechanical engineer, assembler)
• Experience in reading and interpreting machine drawings
• Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools like micrometres
• A valid occupational safety card
• Fluent in both Finnish (B1) and English (B1)
• Self-starter mentality with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

The job is located at our headquarters in Ulvila, Satakunta.
