Cimcorp’s Health and Safety (H&S) policy is in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard. This policy covers all operations of Cimcorp Oy and Cimcorp Automation Ltd.
Our corporate management, along with the supervisors, is responsible for the systematic development of the H&S culture, and the setting and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety Objectives. Management and supervisors are responsible for ensuring that the content and spirit of the H&S policy are communicated and understood, and that actions are in accordance with our policy. We support open communication concerning H&S matters.
We are committed to a preventive approach regarding Occupational Health and Safety, and strive to identify, assess and minimize the risks involved. A risk assessment of the installation site is always produced before work starts. We encourage site specific safety awareness training as well as ensuring safety guidelines are kept up-to-date.
