Are you ready to dive into the world of automation, robotics, and structured information? We’re looking for a Documentation Trainee to support our documentation team in creating clear, high-quality materials that help our customers succeed.
As a trainee, you will support the creation and development of our documentation products and information structures while helping prepare documentation packets for customer projects. Your work includes producing illustrations and written content and working with structured formats like XML and DITA.
You’ll contribute to our single-source publishing processes and ensure the clarity and accuracy of the materials you create. Throughout the traineeship, you’ll collaborate with engineering, production, software and project management teams, gaining insight into how documentation supports the entire project lifecycle.
Your path to professional growth
- Ongoing studies in engineering, information technology, technical communication, or a related field
- Interest in automation, robotics, or software development
- Good written and spoken English
- A structured and detail-oriented mindset
- Curiosity toward tools such as Windchill, Arbortext, Creo Illustrate, and Adobe Illustrator (experience is a plus)
- Basic understanding of project environments is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
The job is located at our headquarters in Ulvila, Satakunta.
