Are you a payroll professional and ready to grow in an international technology company?
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team and support the smooth and accurate payroll process for our employees.
In this role, you will work closely with HR, finance, and employees to ensure payroll processes run efficiently and in compliance with applicable agreements and regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of payroll experience who wants to deepen their expertise in payroll administration within the technology industry collective agreement (Teknologiateollisuuden TES).
You will work with the SD Worx payroll system and contribute to developing efficient payroll practices in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration
- Experience working with or applying the technology industry collective agreement (Teknologiateollisuuden TES)
- Familiarity with SD Worx payroll systems is considered an advantage
- A relevant educational background in finance, payroll, HR, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your payroll expertise in an international company environment while contributing to reliable and efficient payroll operations.
This role is based in Finland. We offer a flexible hybrid work model, combining office and remote work depending on the needs of the role and the team.
