Cimcorp is strengthening its North American leadership with the appointment of Pekka Natri as the new Head of Region. With nearly 30 years of experience in global business development, Pekka brings invaluable expertise in managing internal operations and driving strategic growth.
Pekka has been a dedicated member of our team since 2018. His proven track record of leading diverse teams across multiple regions makes him the perfect fit to enhance Cimcorp’s North American presence and support our global objectives.
In his new role, Pekka will align North American teams, functions, and partners. His focus will be on serving our customers locally while supporting global growth.
A wealth of experience and perspective
Pekka’s extensive background in biotechnical engineering, combined with nearly 30 years in the technology industry, makes him uniquely qualified. He has led teams across the globe, working in China, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Finland. His expertise spans business development, management, sales, solution development, and project delivery.
Pekka has implemented strategic growth plans both at the market area level and on a global scale. His wide range of experience gives him two key strengths—understanding diverse perspectives and seeing the bigger picture.
Working in various countries with diverse teams has helped me appreciate different viewpoints. As a manager, I encourage new ways of thinking, which helps our team collaborate better. I’ve also learned to balance regional perspectives with global goals. This experience will help me strengthen North American operations while supporting Cimcorp’s overall strategy.

Driving Cimcorp’s global expansion
Since joining Cimcorp in 2018, Pekka has been instrumental in our global expansion efforts. He spearheaded the establishment of our office in Chennai, India, managing everything from location selection to recruitment and training. In 2023, he led the startup of our office in Sydney, Australia, significantly boosting our presence in the Australian market. Now, he is excited to turn his focus to North America.
“I am excited about the opportunity to strengthen Cimcorp’s position in North America,” said Pekka. “My goal is to make a positive impact today while laying the foundation for the future of automation in key sectors like grocery retail and tire manufacturing.”

“Great leadership is about trust, transparency, and setting clear targets,” Pekka explained. “I aim to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing ideas. By working together as a team, we can achieve much more than we could alone. My role is to motivate and guide our employees toward the right goals, ensuring individual success and company growth.”
Pekka is passionate about employee development. He plans to help employees explore ongoing educational and career growth opportunities.

A passion for learning and adventure
Pekka currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife. They are excited for their two grown daughters to visit and explore the city. Outside of work, Pekka has two major passions: cooking and biking. He enjoys trying new recipes and international cuisines and has even hosted cooking classes for employees at his home.
Pekka’s love for motorbiking and mountain biking began in his teens. He enjoys traveling the world on his motorbike and finds mountain biking a great way to relax after a long day.
“I’m always open to new experiences, whether in business or my personal life,” Pekka said.
“I love stepping out of my comfort zone to learn and create something new. Seeing the results is what drives me.”
