Cimcorp 3D Shuttle is an automatic goods-to-man picking solution for tote warehouses in retail, foodservice and e-commerce. It consists of a robotic, automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), high-speed conveyor system and ergonomic order-picking stations.

The unique AS/RS solution uses proven gantry-robot technology, integrated with an innovative shuttle device, to store and retrieve goods in plastic crates, totes, bins and containers required for order fulfillment.

Unrivalled efficiency

Cimcorp 3D Shuttle can retrieve up to 1,000 totes per hour from the storage area. Rapid handling, combined with ergonomic order picking, enables greater numbers of orders to be fulfilled per shift. With an excellent cost/storage capacity ratio, investment costs are much lower than comparable systems. Thanks to the minimum amount of equipment required and the efficient use of space, each Cimcorp 3D Shuttle gantry robot is able to store an extensive number of totes. Application areas

Cimcorp 3D Shuttle can operate as an ‘island’ of automation for goods stored in totes, with non-tote-based products either handled manually or through other picking techniques. The system can manage warehouse processes from receiving, through storage and picking, to packing and shipping.
