Anne emphasizes the importance of understanding the big picture while remaining agile in the face of evolving challenges. Even when talking business, she appreciates the humanity of each participant.
“Any negotiation is about people. The person on the opposite side of the table will see you as an individual if you are willing to do the same for them. Honesty and humanity are of high value in international business.”
Grounding to the moment through horseback riding
Doing meaningful work and interacting with different stakeholders is what gets Anne in a flow state. She delights in seeing a project through.
“I enjoy the fact that a project has a beginning and an end; it is prepared, done, and finished. And after challenges that inevitably arise in any project, celebrating success together feels even sweeter!”
Outside the office, Anne has several interests and passions. Spending time out in nature and riding her horse each night helps her to ground after a long day.
“From my love for horses to my appreciation for the arts,” she says, “I embody a zest for life and a desire to fully experience the world around me.”
As she embarks on this new chapter at Cimcorp, Anne brings with her not just a stellar track record but also a genuine commitment to making a difference in the world—one project at a time.
