Former Service Supervisor will oversee customer support in North America to ensure Cimcorp’s clients can best leverage their automated materials handling systems.

Cimcorp, a manufacturer and integrator of turnkey robotic gantry-based order fulfillment and tire-handling solutions, has promoted Service Supervisor Bradyn Kelly to Customer Support Manager. In his new role, Kelly will oversee all work and services provided by the Customer Support department in North America to ensure Cimcorp’s clients can best leverage their automated materials handling systems.

Bradyn Kelly joined the company in June 2015 as a Project Coordinator to provide after-sales support to Cimcorp’s customers. By demonstrating a keen understanding of Cimcorp’s solutions, handling multiple projects from conception to completion, and maintaining strong customer relationships with regular site visits and maintenance, Kelly was promoted to Service Supervisor in January 2017.

As Service Supervisor, Kelly took on a managerial role in the Customer Support department, assigning resources to meet customer expectations, supervising other staff, and consulting with clients to develop solutions and upgrades to meet their needs – all while continuing to provide hands-on support. Now as Customer Support Manager, in addition to overseeing all aspects of customer support, Kelly will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients as well as strategic planning and fostering continued growth for the department.

Andrew Bell, Former Customer Support Manager, Cimcorp, said, “Since joining our company, Bradyn has continued to take on new responsibilities and challenges, proving himself to be an innovative, reliable leader and a great asset to Cimcorp. His ingenuity and adaptability have allowed him to keep up with the constantly changing needs of our customers and find solutions for even their toughest challenges. His remarkable growth over the last two and a half years leaves me with no doubt the department and customers are in capable hands.”

Prior to Cimcorp, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science (B.E.Sc) focused in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Western Ontario.
