Cimcorp has been named to the FL100+ Top Software and Technology Providers annual award list, presented by Food Logistics, for the second year in a row. FL100+ recognizes software and technology providers whose products and services are critical for companies in the global food and beverage supply chain.

Cimcorp’s fully automated robotic order fulfillment solution offers improved efficiencies, significant savings and fast returns on investments while allowing food and beverage facilities to stay compliant with strict government regulations. Furthermore, distributors and supply chain professionals utilizing its solutions can employ just-in-time order picking, increase efficiency and rapid material handling, reduce labor costs, eliminate errors and ensure traceability as products move throughout the facility.

This year’s winner’s products benefit the industry in multiple ways, from reducing food waste and extending shelf life, to facilitating safe and sanitary transportation of product while assuring regulatory compliance. Cimcorp’s client, The Kroger Company, was able to achieve warehouse efficiencies and product traceability, while benefitting from cost savings and waste reduction in its new Mountain View dairy facility in Denver.

“The software and technology sector continues to generate new and exciting opportunities for growers, food manufacturers, grocery retailers and the many logistics providers that support them,” notes Lara L. Sowinski, editorial director at Food Logistics. “Today’s cloud-based solutions and mobile connectivity are helping create tools that are more flexible, affordable and responsive, making software and technology even more valuable to those in the global food supply chain.”
