Both award programs have honored Derek Rickard and Bradyn Kelly for their achievements in promoting greater supply chain efficiency, productivity and safety through automated materials handling
GRIMSBY, Ontario — Cimcorp, a manufacturer and integrator of turnkey robotic order fulfillment and tire-handling solutions, announces Derek Rickard, Distribution Systems Sales Manager, and Bradyn Kelly, Product Manager, have been named to Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2020 Pros to Know list. This marks Derek’s fifth appearance on the distinguished list. Meanwhile, Bradyn has also earned a place on the 2020 Food Logistics Champions: Rock Stars of the Supply Chain list.
Presented annually, Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s Pros to Know award recognizes more than 200 individuals, including supply chain executives, and manufacturing and non-manufacturing enterprises that are leading initiatives to prepare their companies’ supply chains for the significant challenges of today’s business climate.
Derek was specifically commended for his work with Cimcorp customers, helping them leverage the latest in robotics, automation and software to optimize material flow and overall supply chain efficiency. Having spearheaded many of the first fully automated picking systems in North America, Derek is able to recommend ideal solutions and strategies based on each facility’s infrastructure, inventory and throughput needs. The resulting systems can effectively tackle operational challenges such as SKU proliferation, labor shortage, seasonality and, importantly, the speed of fulfillment.

As Product Manager, his role also involves defining the overall system, processes and costs of each solution being delivered. Further, Bradyn serves as an internal and external resource for product knowledge of Cimcorp’s material handling systems. This expertise enables him to support the sales team when visiting customers, including those in consumer goods distribution and the tire industry.
Bradyn’s experience with several food and beverage companies is what garnered him a spot on the 2020 Food Logistics Champions: Rock Stars of the Supply Chain list as an influential leader whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped and attained milestones in safety, efficiency, productivity and innovation throughout the global food supply chain.
