Jarno draws inspiration from the famous quote by James Clear: “Simplicity before understanding complexity is ignorance. Simplicity after understanding complexity is genius.” This philosophy underpins his approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Jarno’s leadership style is characterized by his ability to simplify complexities and foster effective communication. He is deeply committed to understanding diverse perspectives and facilitating collaboration.

Jarno’s impressive career of almost 25 years working with automation includes leading roles in developing innovative automation solutions, such as advanced robotic systems for material handling, and optimizing workflows for multinational clients.
In addition to his deep experience in automation, Jarno has spent 15 years working in sales, gaining valuable insight into customer needs and expectations. This experience will be a significant benefit to Cimcorp’s customers, as the solutions developed under his leadership will be tailored to meet their needs on an entirely new level. His ability to bridge technology and customer-centric solutions ensures that Cimcorp continues to offer innovative, practical, and effective automation systems that drive real value.

A life grounded in history and activity
Outside of work, Jarno enjoys an active and enriching personal life. He spends much of his free time at his over 100-year-old house that has once been part of active fisherman and maritime community during sail ship era. This location provides the perfect backdrop for his interests in history, the sea and maritime activities.
“I’m not the type to lounge around. Even on vacation, I enjoy staying active,” says Jarno. “The sea and related activities are a vital part of my life.” He also enjoys padel, skiing and hiking, though he’d like to dedicate more time to exercise. His love for reading spans books, articles and audiobooks, providing him with both relaxation and inspiration.
Family is central to Jarno’s life. He cherishes time spent with his wife, two teenage daughters and their Mittelspitz dog. Many of their vacations are shared with family friends, creating memorable experiences for all generations.
