We are seeking a well-organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistance in Support Functions for our growth in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, HR, or project management and be hands-on, as the location is new and processes are being developed.

As an Administrative Assistance in Support Functions your work will be to support various functions, including finance, HR, compliance, and IT. Your input will be a valuable piece in setting up and maintaining efficient processes across these areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee finance, HR, QHSE, IT, legal, travel management, and compliance functions.
  • Manage financial operations: accounting, bookkeeping, tax matters, reporting, financial stability, and monthly closures.
  • Handle purchasing and procurement.
  • Oversee billing, accounts receivable/payable, cost accounting, budget preparation, and financial forecasts.
  • Manage onboarding, training, travel preparation, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and mandatory trainings.
  • Maintain CCUK functions and intranet accuracy.
  • Track and report project timekeeping, hours, and expenses to HQ.

  • Highly motivated to learn about all areas of the admin department.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.

Location: United Kingdom (Remote work, but person has to be located in UK/Brimingham)
