As a Sales Project Manager, tire industry, you’ll be at the heart of our sales strategy, making the first impression of Cimcorp to our customer.

Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization. From crafting technical solutions to managing project scope and timelines, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales success. You’ll be also ensuring timely reporting to ERP systems and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers on commercial aspects of projects, including solution sales and strategy.
  • Define system designs in alignment with Sales Managers and Solution Management.
  • Utilize cost calculation tools effectively in coordination with System Planning and Sourcing teams.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of project accountabilities and responsibilities outlined in the RACIS matrix.

Road to professional success

  • Preferred BSc./MSc. Degree with 2-4 years of related sales experience.
  • 2-4 years in a related sales position.
  • Experience in project management and solution sales.
  • Previous managerial roles or experience in commissioning specific technologies.
  • Proficiency in foreign languages and software tools.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of logistics and material handling systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with a strategic business focus.
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of the tire industry landscape.
