Product Manager, Information Security

Are you passionate about IT/IS solutions, product development, and customer success? We are looking for a talented professional to join our team at headquarters in Ulvila, Finland as Product Manager, Information Security!

In this strategic role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor during both the sales and project delivery phases, championing Cimcorp’s standardized IT and IS products and services. You will ensure these offerings meet customer needs, market demands, and our technical standards, all while making a real business impact.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining sales support materials and product datasheets that highlight both technical and commercial value. You will provide guidance on standard solutions, address customer inquiries, and support the transition of IT/IS requirements into project execution and customer support. You’ll also evaluate customization requests, assess IT/IS risks, and collaborate closely with product development to ensure our portfolio is aligned with customer expectations and operational viability.

As Product Manager, Information Security, you’ll also be the product owner for specific IT/IS-related offerings such as test systems and disaster recovery solutions. Your work will help secure and shape Cimcorp’s digital backbone and ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated and delivered.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, or CSPO are a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of IT and information security practices, risk management, and solution development.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value propositions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical teams and customers.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, customer collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
