Are you ready to step into the dynamic world of global ICT systems and hands-on technical support? This summer, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Global ICT Support Trainee to join our team and gain invaluable experience in supporting cutting-edge technology.
As a trainee, you’ll be at the heart of our ICT operations, contributing to critical tasks like:
- Providing support and resolving users’technical issues, ensuring smooth operations in the office environment.
- Managing user identities and devices effectively.
- Maintaining and improving tools that support the onboarding and updating of employee devices.
- Handling the replacement and updating of devices according to their lifecycle.
Moreover, you include information security in your daily work and make it part of your routine.
The role as Global ICT Support Trainee is your chance to work alongside industry experts in a global setting, develop your technical skills, and help keep our digital environment running smoothly.
To succeed, you will need
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to collaborate effectively in a global team.
- Advanced understanding of personal hardware and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with Microsoft AD and Entra ID for identity and access management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of MDM for device and application management.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
The job is located at our headquarters in Ulvila, Satakunta. Experience the freedom of a hybrid work model – a perfect blend of office and remote work.
